At True Investor, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be considered for courses purchased on our website.

By enrolling in any course on True Investor, you agree to this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Courses

  • All online courses purchased on our platform are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Once a course is purchased and login credentials are provided, the course is considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same course.

  2. Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue on our website that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Requests must be submitted in writing to Harpreetwebtech@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Cancellation of Enrollment

  • You may cancel your enrollment before course access is granted.

  • Once access is provided, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Process for Refund Requests

  1. Send an email to Harpreetwebtech@gmail.com with the following details:

    • Full Name

    • Course Name

    • Transaction ID / Payment Proof

    • Reason for Refund Request

  2. Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

6. Digital Products

Since all courses are digital products, they cannot be returned physically.
Access to the course will be revoked if a refund is issued.
